Mark Scorer
Mark's work traverses sports such as football and horse racing as well as a fascination with nature.
Mark graduated with a degree in Fine Art from Middlesex University in 1995 and has continued to paint ever since. He is a successful sports artist whose work includes subjects such as football, boxing and horse racing. He has carried out numerous commissions for a number of Premiership clubs, and has also exhibited his equine paintings at Racecourses around the country. Mark has raised thousands of pounds for charities over the years through the use of his artwork as much sought after auction items at charity sporting dinners.
Aside from the commercial side of Mark’s art, he retains a fascination with landscape and he has produced a series of paintings which show his interest in the ever changing light and how it affects landscapes and natural textures like tree bark and rocks. Although grounded in realism Mark has striven to capture Nature’s magical qualities.
