This portrait is of an old man who is suffering with dementia. He was well known in Beeston, the artist’s home town, because he was one of the last people to have connections to Nottingham’s lace industry. His hand rests of a sample of lace he keeps with him.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the artwork and return it undamaged within ten days of receipt, you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price.

Ensuring the safe return of the artwork to the artist will be your responsibility and at your cost. If returned work is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to deduct some or all of the original purchase price.
