Annette Tranter

Annette trained at Maidstone and Ravensbourne Colleges of Art. She mainly paints in acrylics on canvas, and also in watercolour and water soluble oils. Her pictures are figurative, mainly of people or landscape, sometimes combining the two. She strives to capture not only beauty of what she sees around her but also to intrigue the viewer with a narrative within the image, that can be mysterious or ambiguous.
