Danny Byrne
biography
Danny's range of work includes Landscapes, Equestrian, Figurative paintings for which he has received numerous awards and commendations.
Art has been a lifelong passion for Danny. He has began his career as a Graphic Designer & Visualizer, working for some of the UK’s top advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and J. Walter Thompson. Concurrently, he developed his childhood talents for cartooning through working for national newspapers as a political and social cartoonist for Mirror Group. Developing on these talents, he mastered the art of caricaturing, and used these skills as a street artist, published 6 books and also led on community art projects.
Over the last 15 years, Danny has immersed all these skills into refining my abilities through fine art. Yet, he has become increasingly known for my Portraiture, especially following his recent appearance on Portrait of the Year, 2020.
