Fawzi Ebrahim
biography
Fawzi is a self-taught artist and retired mechanical-design engineer, for whom drawing has been a hobby since childhood.
Fawzi has always loved painting portraits of people and animals.
He is inspired by Spanish Artist Diego Velázquez, Dutch Artists Rembrandt and Johannes Vermeer, and also loves the style of contemporary artist Alastair Adams.
Fawzi uses oil colours and watercolours as well as graphite and charcoal for the production of his portraits.
