Izzy Wingham
biography
Izzy works from her studio in Norfolk which she shares with many plants and two old dogs.
Izzy graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with a BA (Hons) Illustration degree. She creates highly detailed drawings either in pure graphite or with a combination of watercolour and pencil, adding a vibrancy of colour to the finished piece.
Her work is inspired by the rich history of Norfolk in particular the town of King’s Lynn which Izzy is creating an illustrated book on. Old heritage sites such as Castle Acre are favourite places to draw. Abbeys and ruins places of quiet, full of memories of the past.
