Jain McKay
biography
Jain is a Worcester-based artist working across a variety of mediums. She also runs the Worcester Drawing School.
Jain’s work has gone through many changes from a Degree in Glass to an MA in Contemporary Practice. Exploring many mediums has lead her to mostly working in etching and oils, mostly figurative but enjoying Urban Sketching in Worcester where she now lives.
Running Worcester Drawing School for the last year has taken away some of Jain’s painting time but also allowed her to meet many lovely people and push herself in new ways, take on commissions and try out new mediums for fun.
