Nigel Murray
biography
Nigel trained and worked as an illustrator, mainly on children's and educational books.
Nigel later became an Art & Design teacher in secondary schools. He now works on his own practice covering painting, drawing and printmaking. Subject matter includes landscapes, seascapes and the figure. Nigel uses naturalistic, semi-abstract and abstract approaches in making art, underpinned in a profound belief in the value of drawing.
