“A brisk, bright morning characterised this painting. I was drawn initially to the high jettied bay window looking over the harbour. Below this, a display case, bowed like a galleons window, was filled with naïve styled toys that created numerous miniature compositions. All overlooking the harbour boats and cottages.”
