This image draws on the South Bank fish lamp posts, and the suggestion of fish swimming through the sky, to highlight the role of decision makers and hint at this possible surreal, apocalyptic vision.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the artwork and return it undamaged within ten days of receipt, you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price.
Ensuring the safe return of the artwork to the artist will be your responsibility and at your cost. If returned work is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to deduct some or all of the original purchase price.
