Never the Twain Shall Meet

£1,200

La Victoria, a pueblo joven (informal township) in Lima, with its organic architecture of internal migrants escaping from the poverty of Peru’s provinces. Election materials decorate its streets. A broken arch symbolises the division between the impotence of the electorate and the power and venality of their elected representatives.
